- Rehearsal of presentations
- Meetings or small group training (10-15 persons)
- Video-conferencing sessions

Reserving the Multipurpose Room
If at all possible, you should reserve one date and time to test your connectivity with the remote site, then a second date for the actual day and time of your video conference.
